One patient, 4,219 possible diseases.

Guess any disease. The scan shows how close you are to the hidden one and which symptoms they share.

Use this hint?

How to play

  1. Guess a disease. Any of the 4,219 in the network counts, even one that could never be the answer.
  2. Read the warmth. It ranks your guess against every other disease, so 99 is the closest possible.
  3. Follow the shared symptoms. Each one is a real symptom of the hidden disease, and it stays lit on the body so the picture builds up.
  4. Find it in as few guesses as you can. Your score is your guess count, so lower is better.
  5. Stuck? You have three hints. The body system, then the classic exam presentation, then the shape of the name. Each one asks first, and your result shows you used it.
Hot
The closest 1% of diseases, warmth 70 to 99
Warm
The next 9%, warmth 40 to 69
Cold
Everything else, warmth 0 to 39

The daily puzzle changes at midnight UTC and is the same for everyone. Practice mode draws from 311 exam diseases chosen for NEET PG, INICET, PLAB, USMLE and AMC revision, and never repeats one until you have seen them all. Past daily puzzles stay open in the archive.

/ jumps to the guess box. Just start typing works too.
